The weekly market on Thursday mornings is held nearby in Rue du Temple and in Place Gambetta while in summer, a weekly Tuesday night market and many organised evening soirées attract visitors from near and far. One particular highlight is on 15 August - the annual Oyster and Wine Festival
The green expanses of vines woods and fields are within easy reach making the area around Eymet perfect for dog walking, rambling, jogging and cycling. Eymet is a very dog friendly town with great walks all around. In summer months, the fields of sunflowers are just wonderful to see.
Bergerac Airport is 25 minutes away with year round flights to the UK. Bordeaux Airport is 90 minutes away and Marmande station 30 minutes (with trains to Bordeaux taking 50 minutes)
